REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1.  No returns after 30 days.

2.  All returns subject  to a 20% restocking fee. (EXCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES)
      Items MUST be returned in the original package and in resalable condition, or NO credit will be issued!

3.  Exchanges will incur shipping charges to reship correct item.

4.  Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case of defective parts.  (This is rare)

5. ALL refunds or exchanges MUST have prior approval by way of email from Ted (engnbldr).

6.  In the event of return or exchange, please send a copy of your receipt, the email approval  for return or exchange along with any other information that will assist us in processing your request.
